If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, we are happy to assist you with a return. We gladly accept the return or exchange of unworn, unwashed or defective Press Forward Clothing merchandise for up to 7 days after the delivery date. Refunds for merchandise returned within the eligible period will be credited in the same form as the original payment method.
Merchandise must be returned with all original internal packing materials and containers with tags attached. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
It's important to note that shipping costs are not covered by Press Forward Clothing when sent back, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID.
Card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. Processing time can vary between banks, so please speak to your bank for any more info regarding processing time as we are unable to amend this.
